Blackcurrant Jelly

Blackcurrants make the best jelly to spread on toast or croissants. It’s easy to make and saves for 6 months in the pantry.

Salted Padron Peppers

Padron Peppers are one of my favourite snacks to eat with a beer. These salty, sometimes fiery peppers are ready in minutes and transport me back to the first time I ate them in Barcelona.

Joyce’s Salsa

My Mother-in-law’s salsa is spectacular and she’s said I can share it with you. A good chop and a stir then you have amazing salsa to put on tacos and wraps or straight into your face with the help of a few tortilla chips!

Tomato Ketchup

Shares in ketchup must be a pretty safe bet considering how much the average 6 year old can consume. I decided to have a go at making my own and was delighted by how delightful it is to make and how good the final product tastes.
