Coconut Fish Curry

Smoked Mackerel Pate

I don’t always find it easy to get mackerel into my diet but this pate is so delicious and easy to make it tends to be my go to. The kids will eat it too so it’s an easy evening meal or a great lunch dish when we used friends within two metres of us!

Prawn and Smoked Cod Fishcakes
